No. If you prefer to route all form submissions through a central dispatcher or office manager first, we can configure your account that way. You decide how jobs get assigned — fully automated or dispatcher-reviewed.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most Web Forms customers are fully operational within 2–3 business days. We handle the technical setup, generate your QR codes, and provide shareable form links — all ready to start capturing jobs.

Do I need to host the web forms on my own website?

No. We host everything for you. Your forms live on our secure servers, so there's nothing to install, maintain, or worry about. Just share your links and QR codes — we handle the rest.

How do I get a text phone number for Google Business Profile?

Do I need to have Web Forms if I want the App?
